Faulty Items / Damaged Goods
In accordance to Australian Consumer guidelines, Gold Coast Health Coaching will always replace or repair any fault items or if your item has been broken in transit. If the item cannot be replaced we will issue you with a store credit or refund. Please contact us within 48 hours.
Conditions of return, if applicable:
Our Customer Service Team must authorise any goods prior to their return for exchange.
Please include a copy of the invoice and an explanation for return with all returned products.
Products must be returned in original packaging within 14 days from the time of return request.
Please retain broken parcel/s (and packaging) until authorised by us, as they may be required by our Courier and/ or Australia Post as proof of damage.
The customer will pay return freight in circumstances of incorrect ordering or cancellations after dispatch.
Gold Coast Health Coaching will pay return freight on items sent by us in error unless the customer agrees to purchase the item/s.
Return stock will not be credited where poor packaging by the customer results in goods being broken in return transit.
Only unused, faulty items may be credited or exchanged. Faulty products are returned to manufacturer for replacement product.
Change of mind
Gold Coast Health Coaching does not accept return of items if you change your mind.
You will receive an email as soon as your order is dispatched.
VIC, NSW, QLD, SA, TAS and ACT
- $9.95 postage for orders up to 2kg.
- $12.95 postage for orders up to 5kg.
- $5.00 flat postage fee for orders that exceed $150.00 Australia wide.
However we reserve the right to charge freight at cost price for bulk size items and bulk quantity orders to all states. In this instance we will advise the cost of freight before dispatch.
We currently do not ship internationally but for those wishing to purchase products please contact us and we can discuss this further.
General Shipping Advise & Exclusions
We seek to ensure that your products are delivered, without damage, from dispatch within 2-7 days (within Australia) depending on your location. Unfortunately once your order has left our premises and is in the hands of the courier we no longer have control over its delivery. So in the unfortunate case of a late or missing order we cannot be held responsible, but are more than willing to launch an investigation via that courier into locating the missing goods. In almost all cases these parcels do turn up either back to us or to the intended recipient eventually. So please do not hesitate to contact us if your order has not turned up after at least 7 days and we will check all details and get the investigation process launched for you.
Heat Sensitive Items
Our couriers do not provide a refrigerated courier service. However every effort will be taken to protect goods, but we do not offer dry ice or other frozen packaging as part of packing products. All standard deliveries are made by road express; meaning package will be loaded onto interstate trucks and stored in warehouses and delivery vans that shield direct sunlight on package but do little to reduce temperatures.
We will accept NO responsibility for any items effected by heat during transport and they are solely sent at the buyers risk. Thank you for your understanding.
