TWO WAYS TO REDUCE BODY INFLAMMATION



Are you stressed?  Do you have aching and sore joints, are you tired, have a reoccurring headache or not coping with life generally?   


Symptoms of chronic body inflammation can be very subtle. It occurs inside the body and only some of these signs may be noticeable.  

  • Fatigue

  • Reoccurring headaches

  • Body aches and pains

  • Mouth ulcers

  • Abdominal pain

Two factors have a strong role in assisting the body to reduce this chronic inflammation.


These are:


1. Food 

What you eat can play a positive and negative affect on your body. Certain foods spark inflammation in sensitive people, and there are foods that can make existing inflammation worse. 


2. Exercise

Research has found that just 20 minutes of exercise is enough to bring down the levels of stress hormones in the body, reducing inflammation.


With our bodies under constant threat with stress, highly processed foods, environmental toxins, and the list goes on, it is important for us to find natural ways to reduce the inflammation our bodies are subjected to on a daily basis.  By understanding how we can change the food we eat, and engage in regular exercise, we can assist ourselves in improving our ability to live a long-life filled with good health and vitality.
