CASHEW SOUR CREAM



Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup raw cashews (soaked overnight)

  • 1/4 cup  + 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

  • 1 tsp nutritional yeast

  • 1/2 cup water


Method:

  1. Place all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend on hight for 2 to 5 minutes.  Scrap down the sides regularly until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

  2. Place in an airtight jar.


Keeps well in fridge for 1 week
