BLACK BEAN DIP

Preparation time: 10 minutes



This dip is easy to make, tasty and full of protein.  


Ingredients:  

  • 2¼ cups Black Beans

  • 2 tsps Cumin

  • ½ tsp Smoked Paprika

  • 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 1 Lime (juiced)

  • 1 tsp Sea Salt


Method:

  • Place all ingredients in your food processor or blender and process until very smooth.


Put into your serving bowl and enjoy!
